Free modeling tip!
John Groves, Chili, N.Y., submitted this helpful modeling tip:
I made an accelerator station for my workbench using a glass bottle and tube. The bottle held styrene cement; I cleaned out the bottle and relabeled it. For the next component—a holder for the applicator—you can use a glass or plastic tube. The one shown here has a nice, sealable cap with a small hole in it. I attached it to the bottle with cable ties. I use Flex-I-File "Touch-N-Flow" applicators, although also shown here is a small squeeze applicator. This setup delivers just the right amount of accelerator and is always handy on my workbench—great for those tiny, pesky bits of photoetched metal.
